About This Trip

Experience the breathtaking landscapes of northern Pakistan on a 7‑day land journey. Depart from Islamabad and travel along the Karakoram Highway through Mansehra, Shinkiari, Battagram, Besham, Dasu and the Diamer‑Bhasha dam sites to Chilas. Continue to Astore Valley, visit the bustling Astore Bazaar and drive to Rama for lake views of Nanga Parbat. Explore the pristine Deosai Plateau with stops at Sheosar and Sadara lakes, then head to Skardu. Visit Shangrila Resort, Upper Kachura Lake, the cold desert, and Shigar Fort. Travel to Khaplu district, see the historic Chaqchan Mosque and Khaplu Fort, then move on to Kharmang and its waterfalls. Return via Babusar Pass (season‑dependent) with an optional stay in Naran/Kaghan or Besham before arriving back in Islamabad.
