About This Trip
The Indus Kayak and Canoe Expedition takes you on an exciting journey from Skardu to Gilgit along the great Indus River. Paddle through stunning vistas where the river joins its tributaries, and feel the rush of kayaking in one of the world’s most remote areas. This tour is ideal for adventurers, combining tough rapids with relaxing overnight stops in hotels or campsites. All travel and kayaking will occur during the day, with overnight stays in hotels along the route or at protected campsites. A logistics support vehicle with air conditioning and a 4×4 Jeep will travel by road and meet the expedition party at pre‑determined overnight stops.
