A further continuation from Hushe will take you through beautiful summer settlements to Dalzampa “field of flowers” and along the ridge of Moraine to Gondogoro Base Camp across the glacier at (4600m). An easy climb Gondogoro Peak (5650m), provides views of a superb mountain panorama of Masherbrum (7821m), Gasherbrum-I, Chogolisa, Mitre Peak and Gasherbrum-IV. The Mashabaram & Gondogoro Base Camp trek is an unforgettable adventure in the Karakoram mountains of Pakistan. This trek takes you through remote valleys, past glaciers, and high-altitude camps, offering spectacular views of K2, Broad Peak, Gasherbrum I, Gasherbrum II, and Nanga Parbat. The highlight of the trek is crossing the Gondogoro La pass at 5,625 meters, providing a panoramic view of multiple 8,000-meter peaks. Trekkers also experience the rich culture of the Balti people in remote villages along the route. The journey begins in Skardu, the gateway to Baltistan, and moves toward Mashabaram. Trekkers pass through small villages, alpine meadows, and rugged trails while acclimatizing for high altitudes. Mashabaram Base Camp is the first major stop, offering breathtaking views of surrounding glaciers and peaks. From here, the trail continues to higher altitudes, culminating in the challenging yet rewarding crossing of Gondogoro La.
