Within just 2 weeks, we do the gentle trek (two different routes) to the base camp of Nanga Parbat (8125m./26650ft), the world’s ninth highest peak and 2nd highest in the Himalayan range of Pakistan. After driving from Islamabad to Chilas on the amazing Karakoram Highway, we transfer by 4×4 jeeps to the villages of Tato or Tarashing.
